Irfan Kiani grew up in Rawalpindi in a musical family — the son of poet Khawar Kiani and older brother of Hadiqa Kiani. He has produced and arranged music for over three decades, working across contemporary pop and traditional folk or Sufi instrumentation.
His qawwali and folk productions are typically recorded live, without click tracks or auto-tune. He runs Hadiqa & Irfan Kiani Studios with his daughter Eva Kiani, who handles mixing, mastering, and co-production on most releases.
